Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?

You can cancel or modify an order only if it hasn’t shipped yet. After shipping, all sales are final.

What happens if I accidentally enter the wrong address?

If the package is returned to us, you may choose either:

• Reship it (you cover re-shipping cost), or

• Receive a refund minus shipping.

Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?

If all the orders haven’t shipped yet, potentially. Email us immediately. Exceptions apply.

What should I do if I received the wrong item or a product arrived damaged?

Send us photos of the damage within 48 hours, and we will replace or refund the item.

SHIPPING


How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1 business day. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We mostly ship with USPS Ground Advantage. However, at our discretion, we will sometimes ship higher value orders with UPS GROUND.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can click the link to see live updates.

My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it

Please check:
• Your mailbox or front door
• Neighbors or apartment office
• If USPS marked it as “delivered” early
If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we’ll help open a claim.

Yes. Our gel polishes and cat eyes are HEMA & TPO-free, and made for sensitive clients.

How should I store my acrylic and gels?

Keep them in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight or extreme heat.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes! We offer wholesale for salons, educators, and distributors. Email us to apply. Only applies to MN BEAUTY branded products.

How do I apply to become a brand ambassador?

We open ambassador spots a few times per year. Follow our social media accounts for openings

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Why did my payment fail?

This is usually due to your bank’s security check. Try another payment method or contact your card provider.

Do you offer buy-now-pay-later options?

Yes—we offer Shop Pay Installments, Afterpay, and Affirm.
