Shipping policy

 

Orders placed before 10 am CT are usually shipped the same day or by the next business day. It usually takes between 2 - 5 business days for the orders to be delivered. Exceptions apply for specific states and international orders.

MN BEAUTY is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers once an order has been handed over for delivery. If tracking does not update for an extended period, please contact us so we can reach out to the carrier on your behalf.

Free Shipping

Orders with an order amount above of $100 receive FREE SHIPPING. This only applies to orders shipping to the lower 48 United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska) and does not to apply to any US territories like Puerto Rico, Guam, and others.

International Orders

Duties & Import Taxes

When placing an international order (non-US or US territory), customer is liable for all duties & import taxes that their government charges them for their shipment. Customer must comply with local laws and pay the required duties so that their government releases their package.

If the customer decides to not pay all the necessary Duties & Import Taxes, they surrender the rights to their order and waive the ability to receive a refund for their purchase. In addition, customers will not be able to place another order in the future to the same destination.

Product Restrictions

There are certain restrictions when shipping to non-US countries. Most of our orders are shipped through ground shipping since ground shipping allows for liquids that are categorized HAZMAT such as monomer, dehydrator, and nail primer.

For international shipping, shipment is done by air, and most HAZMAT products are prohibited from being shipped by air. We will get in contact with you if any products are unable to be shipped to you due to HAZMAT concerns, and if that is the case, a refund of the specific item will be processed.
